when the binary loaded in memory has a section that we cannot find
in the on-disk version. I added this warning out of an overabundance
of caution originally, but I've never seen an instance of it being
hit in the past few years, and there are some changes for the shared
cache on darwin systems where a segment is added when the shared
cache is constructed so we're now hitting this warning. I've decided
to remove it altogether.

We use UUID::fromOptionalData to read UUID's from the Mach-O files, so UUID's
of all 0's are invalid UUID's.
We also get uuid's from debugserver, which need to match the file UUID's. So
we need an API that treats "000000000" as invalid as well. Added that and use it.

Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM

code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and

LLVM added wrappers to std::sort (r327219) that randomly shuffle the
container before sorting. The goal is to uncover non-determinism due to
undefined sorting order of objects having the same key.

Summary:
This function was named such because in the case of MachO files, the
mach header is located at this address. However all (most?) usages of
this function were not interested in that fact, but the fact that this
address is used as the base address for expressing various relative
addresses in the object file.
For other object file formats, this name is not appropriate (and it's
probably the reason why this function was not implemented in these
classes). In the ELF case the ELF header will usually end up at this
address, but this is a result of the linker optimizing the file layout
and not a requirement of the spec. For COFF files, I believe the is no
header located at this address either.

Summary:
Windows lldb debugging currently uses a process plugin to handle
launching and attaching to a process. Launching a process via a debug
server (e.g. ds2) and attaching to it with `gdb-remote port` currently
doesn't communicate address information of the executable properly.
Implement DynamicLoaderWindowsDYLD::DidAttach which allow us to
obtain the proper executable load address.

This patch extends the FileSystem class with a bunch of functions that
are currently implemented as methods of the FileSpec class. These
methods will be removed in future commits and replaced by calls to the
file system.
The new functions are operated in terms of the virtual file system which
was recently moved from clang into LLVM so it could be reused in lldb.
Because the VFS is stateful, we turned the FileSystem class into a
singleton.

Summary:
One of the conclusions of the discussion on D49740 was that SafeMachO is better
off in the Host module (as that's the only place which should include
mach/machine.h, which is what this header is working around). Also, Utility,
which is the only module which cannot include Host, should not be doing
anything with object file formats.
This patch implements that move, and also removes any unneded includes of that
file.
I've verified that MacOS still compiles after this.

Summary:
During the previous attempt to generalize the UUID class, it was
suggested that we represent invalid UUIDs as length zero (previously, we
used an all-zero UUID for that). This meant that some valid build-ids
could not be represented (it's possible however unlikely that a checksum of
some file would be zero) and complicated adding support for variable
length build-ids (should a 16-byte empty UUID compare equal to a 20-byte
empty UUID?).
This patch resolves these issues by introducing a canonical
representation for an invalid UUID. The slight complication here is that
some clients (MachO) actually use the all-zero notation to mean "no UUID
has been set". To keep this use case working (while making it very
explicit about which construction semantices are wanted), replaced the
UUID constructors and the SetBytes functions with named factory methods.
- "fromData" creates a UUID from the given data, and it treats all bytes
equally.
- "fromOptionalData" first checks the data contents - if all bytes are
zero, it treats this as an invalid/empty UUID.

DynamicLoaderDarwinKernel plugin. Created a new function ReadMachHeader
and instead of reading through the target cached memory reader,
start by reading only a mach header sized chunk of memory, then
check it for a valid mach-o magic # and use the size of the load
commands to pre-fetch the entire load commands of the kext which
is the only thing we're going to read, instead of letting the generic
mach-o parser read it in 512 byte chunks.
Functionally this is doing exactly the same thing as before, but by
cutting down on the # of packets going back and forth, even on a
local connection it's close to a quarter faster than it was before.

SetFile has an optional style argument which defaulted to the native
style. This patch makes that argument mandatory so clients of the
FileSpec class are forced to think about the correct syntax.
At the same time this introduces a (protected) convenience method to
update the file from within the FileSpec class that keeps the current
style.
These two changes together prevent a potential pitfall where the style
might be forgotten, leading to the path being updated and the style
unintentionally being changed to the host style.

Summary:
The plugin already builds fine on other platforms (linux, at least). All
that was necessary was to revitalize the hack in PlatformDarwinKernel
(not a very pretty hack, but it gets us going at least).
I haven't done a thorough investigation of the state of the plugin on
other platforms, but at least the two core file tests we have seem to
pass, so I enable them.

The rationale here is that ArchSpec is used throughout the codebase,
including in places which should not depend on the rest of the code in
the Core module.
This commit touches many files, but most of it is just renaming of
#include lines. In a couple of cases, I removed the #include ArchSpec
line altogether, as the file was not using it. In one or two places,
this necessitated adding other #includes like lldb-private-defines.h.

Summary:
It defined a couple of types (condition_t) which we don't use anymore,
as we have c++11 goodies now. I remove these definitions.
Also it unnecessarily included a couple of headers which weren't
necessary for it's operation. I remove these, and place the includes in
the relevant files (usually .cpp, usually in Host code) which use them.
This allows us to reduce namespace pollution in most of the lldb files
which don't need the OS-specific definitions.

Summary:
This is basically a revert of D16107 and parts of D10800, which were
trying to get vdso loading working. They did this by implementing a
generic load-an-elf-file from memory approach, which is not correct,
since we cannot assume that an elf file is loaded in memory in full (it
usually isn't, as there's no need to load section headers for example).
This meant that we would read garbage instead of section sizes, and if
that garbage happened to be a large number, we would crash while trying
to allocate a buffer to accomodate the hypothetical section.
Instead of this, I add a bit of custom code to load the vdso to
DynamicLoaderPOSIXDYLD (which already needed to handle the vdso
specially). I determine the size of the memory to read using
Process::GetMemoryRegionInfo, which is information coming from the OS,
and cannot be forged by a malicious/misbehaving application.

This renames the LLDB error class to Status, as discussed
on the lldb-dev mailing list.
A change of this magnitude cannot easily be done without
find and replace, but that has potential to catch unwanted
occurrences of common strings such as "Error". Every effort
was made to find all the obvious things such as the word "Error"
appearing in a string, etc, but it's possible there are still
some lingering occurences left around. Hopefully nothing too
serious.

If we can't find the "is dyld locked" symbol, assume it is safe
to load the image unless we only have 1 image loaded - in which case
we are in _dyld_start and it is definitely NOT safe.
Also add a little better errors to that function, and better logging
in SBProcess.cpp.
