The functionality is not posix specific. Also force the usage of the
gdb-remote process plugin in the gdb platform class.
This is not sufficient to make TestPlatformConnect pass on windows (it
seems it suffers from module loading issues, unrelated to this test),
but it at least makes it shut down correctly, so I change the skip to an
xfail.
This patch adds the ability to use a custom interpreter with the
`platform shell` command. If the user set the `-s|--shell` option
with the path to a binary, lldb passes it down to the platform's
`RunShellProcess` method and set it as the shell to use in
`ProcessLaunchInfo to run commands.
Note that not all the Platforms support running shell commands with
custom interpreters (i.e. RemoteGDBServer is only expected to use the
default shell).
This patch also makes some refactoring and cleanups, like swapping
CString for StringRef when possible and updating `SBPlatformShellCommand`
with new methods and a new constructor.

Summary:
In our project we are using remote client-server LLDB configuration.
We want to parse as much debugging symbols as we can before debugger starts attachment to the remote process.
To do that we are passing the path of the local executable module to CreateTarget method at the client.
But, it seems that this method are not parsing the executable module symbols.
To fix this I added PreloadSymbols call for executable module to target creation method.
This patch also fixes a problem where the DynamicLoader would reset a
module when launching the target. We fix it by making sure
Platform::ResolveExecutable returns the module object obtained from the
remote platform.

The near-identical implementations of this function for posix-y
platforms were merged in r293910. PlatformWindows was left out of this
merge because at the time we did not have a suitable base class to sink
the code into. That is no longer true, so this commit finishes the job
by moving the code into RemoteAwarePlatform::ResolveExecutable.
Summary:
In D49685 sysroot behaviour was partially fixed. But files from local filesystem with same path still has priority over files from sysroot.
This patch fixes it by removing fallback to local filesystem from RemoteAwarePlatform::GetModuleSpec(). It is not actually required because higher level code do such fallback itself. See, for example, resolver in Platform::GetSharedModule().

Summary:
A *.cpp file header in LLDB (and in LLDB) should like this:
```
//===-- TestUtilities.cpp -------------------------------------------------===//
```
However in LLDB most of our source files have arbitrary changes to this format and
these changes are spreading through LLDB as folks usually just use the existing
source files as templates for their new files (most notably the unnecessary
editor language indicator `-*- C++ -*-` is spreading and in every review
someone is pointing out that this is wrong, resulting in people pointing out that this
is done in the same way in other files).
This patch removes most of these inconsistencies including the editor language indicators,
all the different missing/additional '-' characters, files that center the file name, missing
trailing `===//` (mostly caused by clang-format breaking the line).

Summary:
This creates an abstract base class called "UserIDResolver", which can
be implemented to provide user/group ID resolution capabilities for
various objects. Posix host implement a PosixUserIDResolver, which does
that using posix apis (getpwuid and friends). PlatformGDBRemote
forwards queries over the gdb-remote link, etc. ProcessInstanceInfo
class is refactored to make use of this interface instead of taking a
platform pointer as an argument. The base resolver class already
implements caching and thread-safety, so implementations don't have to
worry about that.
The main motivating factor for this was to remove external dependencies
from the ProcessInstanceInfo class (so it can be put next to
ProcessLaunchInfo and friends), but it has other benefits too:
- ability to test the user name caching code
- ability to test ProcessInstanceInfo dumping code
- consistent interface for user/group resolution between Platform and
Host classes.

Summary:
The two classes contained a lot of duplicated code, but there wasn't a
good place to factor it to. It couldn't be the base Platform class,
since we also have platforms which are only remote (such as
PlatformGDBRemoteServer), and so it did not make sense for those to have
an m_remote_platform member.
This patch creates a new class, RemoteAwarePlatform, which can serve as
a base class for platforms which can both serve as a host, and forward
actions to a remote system. It is motivated partly by D56232 (which was
about to add a bunch of additional duplicated methods), and partly by my
own need to modify a function which happens to be implemented in both
places identically.
The patch moves the methods which are trivially identical in the two
classes into the common base class, there were one or two more methods
which could probably be merged into one, but this wasn't completely
trivial, so I did not attempt to do that now.
