Nikita Popov 532dc62b90 [OpaquePtrs][Clang] Add -no-opaque-pointers to tests (NFC)
This adds -no-opaque-pointers to clang tests whose output will
change when opaque pointers are enabled by default. This is
intended to be part of the migration approach described in
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/enabling-opaque-pointers-by-default/61322/9.

The patch has been produced by replacing %clang_cc1 with
%clang_cc1 -no-opaque-pointers for tests that fail with opaque
pointers enabled. Worth noting that this doesn't cover all tests,
there's a remaining ~40 tests not using %clang_cc1 that will need
a followup change.

Aaron Ballman e9e55acd1b Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the seventh batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

[Clang/Test]: Rename enable_noundef_analysis to disable-noundef-analysis and turn it off by default (2)

This patch updates test files after D105169.
Autogenerated test codes are changed by `utils/update_cc_test_checks.py,` and non-autogenerated test codes are changed as follows:

(1) I wrote a python script that (partially) updates the tests using regex: {F18594904} The script is not perfect, but I believe it gives hints about which patterns are updated to have `noundef` attached.

(2) The remaining tests are updated manually.

James Y Knight 8043d5a964 NFC: update clang tests to check ordering and alignment for atomicrmw/cmpxchg.
The ability to specify alignment was recently added, and it's an
important property which we should ensure is set as expected by
Clang. (Especially before making further changes to Clang's code in
this area.) But, because it's on the end of the lines, the existing
tests all ignore it.

Therefore, update all the tests to also verify the expected alignment
for atomicrmw and cmpxchg. While I was in there, I also updated uses
of 'load atomic' and 'store atomic', and added the memory ordering,
where that was missing.

Akira Hatanaka 8c26ea663d Produce a better diagnostic for global register variables.
Currently, when there is a global register variable in a program that
is bound to an invalid register, clang/llvm prints an error message that
is not very user-friendly.

This commit improves the diagnostic and moves the check that used to be
in the backend to Sema. In addition, it makes changes to error out if
the size of the register doesn't match the declared variable size.

e.g., volatile register int B asm ("rbp");

Alexey Bataev b832926176 [OPENMP] Codegen for "#pragma omp atomic write"
For global reg lvalue - use regular store through global register.
For simple lvalue - use simple atomic store.
For bitfields, vector element, extended vector elements - the original value of the whole storage (for vector elements) or of some aligned value (for bitfields) is atomically read, the part of this value for the given lvalue is modified and then use atomic compare-and-exchange operation to try to atomically write modified value (if it was not modified).
Also, changes in this patch fix the bug for '#pragma omp atomic read' applied to extended vector elements.

Adrian Prantl 8bf7af3de8 Wrap clang module files in a Mach-O, ELF, or COFF container.
This is a necessary prerequisite for debugging with modules.
The .pcm files become containers that hold the serialized AST which allows
us to store debug information in the module file that can be shared by all
object files that were built importing the module.

This reapplies r230044 with a fixed configure+make build and updated
dependencies and testcase requirements. Over the last iteration this
version adds
- missing target requirements for testcases that specify an x86 triple,
- a missing clangCodeGen.a dependency to libClang.a in the make build.

David Majnemer abc482effc MS ABI: Implement /volatile:ms
The /volatile:ms semantics turn volatile loads and stores into atomic
acquire and release operations. This distinction is important because
volatile memory operations do not form a happens-before relationship
with non-atomic memory. This means that a volatile store is not
sufficient for implementing a mutex unlock routine.
