A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,
void func();
becomes
void func(void);
This is the second batch of tests being updated (there are a significant
number of other tests left to be updated).
This diff addresses FIXMEs in lib/Analysis/ScanfFormatString.cpp
for the case of ssize_t format specifier and adds tests.
In particular, this change enables Clang to emit a warning
on incorrect using of "%zd"/"%zn".

We've decided to make the core rewriter class and PP rewriters mandatory.
They're only a few hundred lines of code in total and not worth supporting as a
distinct build configuration, especially since doing so disables key compiler
features.
