[clang] Instantiate NTTPs and template default arguments with sugar
This makes use of the changes introduced in D134604, in order to
instantiate non-type template parameters and default template arguments
with a final sugared substitution.

This comes at no additional relevant cost.
Since we don't track / unique them in specializations, we wouldn't be
able to resugar them later anyway.

Haojian Wu bf07c338bb Revert "[clang] Instantiate NTTPs and template default arguments with sugar"
This patch reverts
- commit d4b1964f05
- commit 59f0827e2cf3755834620e7e0b6d946832440f80([clang] Instantiate alias templates with sugar)

As it makes clang fail to pass some code it used to compile.

Richard Smith e7f3e2103c Suppress printing template arguments that match default template
arguments of types by default.

This somewhat improves the worst-case printing of types like
std::string, std::vector, etc., where many irrelevant default arguments
can be included in the type as printed if we've lost the type sugar.

Richard Smith 792c22dbd4 When producing a name of a partial specialization in a diagnostic, use the
template arguments as written rather than the canonical template arguments,
so we print more user-friendly names for template parameters.

Chris Lattner 53fa04909c make clang print types as "const int *" instead of "int const*",
which is should have done from the beginning. As usual, the most
fun with this sort of change is updating all the testcases.

John McCall 85f9055955 When pretty-printing tag types, only print the tag if we're in C (and
therefore not creating ElaboratedTypes, which are still pretty-printed
with the written tag).

Most of these testcase changes were done by script, so don't feel too
sorry for my fingers.

John McCall e78aac41de Create a new InjectedClassNameType to represent bare-word references to the
injected class name of a class template or class template partial specialization.
This is a non-canonical type; the canonical type is still a template
specialization type. This becomes the TypeForDecl of the pattern declaration,
which cleans up some amount of code (and complicates some other parts, but
whatever).

Fixes PR6326 and probably a few others, primarily by re-establishing a few
invariants about TypeLoc sizes.

Daniel Dunbar 8fbe78f6fc Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

Douglas Gregor 2373c599b5 Initial infrastructure for class template partial specialization. Here
we have the basics of declaring and storing class template partial
specializations, matching class template partial specializations at
instantiation time via (limited) template argument deduction, and
using the class template partial specialization's pattern for
instantiation.

This patch is enough to make a simple is_pointer type trait work, but
not much else.

Douglas Gregor 79cf603428 Extend the notion of active template instantiations to include the
context of a template-id for which we need to instantiate default
template arguments.

In the TextDiagnosticPrinter, don't suppress the caret diagnostic if
we are producing a non-note diagnostic that follows a note diagnostic
with the same location, because notes are (conceptually) a part of the
warning or error that comes before them.

Douglas Gregor 17c0d7bacf Implement template instantiation for pointer, reference, and (some)
array types. Semantic checking for the construction of these types has
been factored out of GetTypeForDeclarator and into separate
subroutines (BuildPointerType, BuildReferenceType,
BuildArrayType). We'll be doing the same thing for all other types
(and declarations and expressions).

As part of this, moved the type-instantiation functions into a class
in an anonymous namespace.

Douglas Gregor fe1e11092e Implement the basic approach for instantiating types, with a lot of FIXME'd
stubs for those types we don't yet know how to instantiate (everything
that isn't a template parameter!).

We now instantiate default arguments for template type parameters when
needed. This will be our testbed while I fill out the remaining
type-instantiation logic.
