Avoid crash in `reduceOperandsOneDeltaPass` function for operands with
vector of pointer type.
While on it add a `reduce-operands-ptr.ll` test in the spirit of the
existing `reduce-operands-int.ll`/`reduce-operands-fp.ll` tests.
