Currently the default C calling convention functions are treated
the same as compute kernels. Make this explicit so the default
calling convention can be changed to a non-kernel.
Converted with perl -pi -e 's/define void/define amdgpu_kernel void/'
on the relevant test directories (and undoing in one place that actually
wanted a non-kernel).

This method inverts the Reason field of a scheduling candidate.
It does right comparison between RegCritical and RegExcess, but
everything else is broken. In fact it can prefer less strong reason
such as Weak over RegCritical because Weak > -RegCritical.
The CandReason enum is properly sorted, so just remove artificial
ranking.

When choosing the best successor for a block, ordinarily we would have preferred
a block that preserves the CFG unless there is a strong probability the other
direction. For small blocks that can be duplicated we now skip that requirement
as well, subject to some simple frequency calculations.

Leave early ifcvt disabled for now since there are some
shader-db regressions.
This causes some immediate improvements, but could be better.
The cost checking that the pass does is based on critical path
length for out of order CPUs which we do not want so it skips out
on many cases we want.

This switches to the workaround that HSA defaults to
for the mesa path.
This should be applied to the 4.0 branch.

This reverts commit ada6595a526d71df04988eb0a4b4fe84df398ded.
This needs a simple probability check because there are some cases where it is
not profitable.

The structured CFG is just an aid to inserting exec
mask modification instructions, once that is done
we don't really need it anymore. We also
do not analyze blocks with terminators that
modify exec, so this should only be impacting
true branches.
llvm-svn: 288744
For some reason there are both of these available, except
for scalar 64-bit compares which only has u64. I'm not sure
why there are both (I'm guessing it's for the one bit inputs we
don't use), but for consistency always using the
unsigned one.
llvm-svn: 282832
We only really need this to be true for SIFixSGPRCopies.
I'm not sure there's any way this could happen before that point.
Fixes a case where MachineCSE could introduce a cross block
scc use.

Summary:
This includes a hazard recognizer implementation to replace some of
the hazard handling we had during frame index elimination.
