We can not bitcast pointers across different address spaces, and VectorCombine should be careful when it attempts to find the original source of the loaded data. [VectorCombine] Avoid crossing address space boundaries.

We can not bitcast pointers across different address spaces, and VectorCombine
should be careful when it attempts to find the original source of the loaded
data.
