Alexei Starovoitov 7ab125dbf3 [bpf] fix dwarf elf relocs and line numbers 
- teach RelocVisitor to recognize bpf relocations
- fix AsmInfo->PointerSize to make sure dwarf is emitted correctly
- add a test for the above
