  [analyzer] Add blocks and ObjC messages to the call graph.
  This paves the road for constructing a better function dependency graph.
  If we analyze a function before the functions it calls and inlines,
  there is more opportunity for optimization.
  Note, we add call edges to the called methods that correspond to
  function definitions (declarations with bodies).

Consequently, we should remove this dead flag.
However, this arises a couple of burning questions.
 - Should the `cc1` frontend still accept this flag - to keep
   tools/users passing this flag directly to `cc1` (which is unsupported,
   unadvertised) working.
 - If we should remain backward compatible, how long?
 - How can we get rid of deprecated and obsolete flags at some point?

Balazs Benics ffe7950ebc Reland "[analyzer] Deprecate `-analyzer-store region` flag"
I'm trying to remove unused options from the `Analyses.def` file, then
merge the rest of the useful options into the `AnalyzerOptions.def`.
Then make sure one can set these by an `-analyzer-config XXX=YYY` style
flag.
Then surface the `-analyzer-config` to the `clang` frontend;

After all of this, we can pursue the tablegen approach described

In this patch, I'm proposing flag deprecations.
We should support deprecated analyzer flags for exactly one release. In
this case I'm planning to drop this flag in `clang-16`.

In the clang frontend, now we won't pass this option to the cc1
frontend, rather emit a warning diagnostic reminding the users about
this deprecated flag, which will be turned into error in clang-16.

Unfortunately, I had to remove all the tests referring to this flag,
causing a mass change. I've also added a test for checking this warning.

I've seen that `scan-build` also uses this flag, but I think we should
remove that part only after we turn this into a hard error.

Aaron Ballman 2ceee2f884 Add -Wno-strict-prototypes to C tests; NFC
This patch adds -Wno-strict-prototypes to all of the test cases that
use functions without prototypes, but not as the primary concern of the
test. e.g., attributes testing whether they can/cannot be applied to a
function without a prototype, etc.

This is done in preparation for enabling -Wstrict-prototypes by
default.

Aaron Ballman 0dd49a5628 Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the eighth batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

Artem Dergachev 040c39d50f [analyzer] Fix false positive on introspection of a block's internal layout.
When implementation of the block runtime is available, we should not
warn that block layout fields are uninitialized simply because they're
on the stack.

Devin Coughlin 8693adfd46 [analyzer] Add check for when block is called with too few arguments.
The CallAndMessageChecker has an existing check for when a function pointer
is called with too few arguments. Extend this logic to handle the block
case, as well. While we're at it, do a drive-by grammar correction
("less" --> "fewer") on the diagnostic text.

Jordan Rose 9503501dae [analyzer] When forced to fake a block type, do it correctly.
BlockDecl has a poor AST representation because it doesn't carry its type
with it. Instead, the containing BlockExpr has the full type. This almost
never matters for the analyzer, but if the block decl contains static
local variables we need to synthesize a region to put them in, and this
region will necessarily not have the right type.

Even /that/ doesn't matter, unless

(1) the block calls the function or method containing the block, and
(2) the value of the block expr is used in some interesting way.

In this case, we actually end up needing the type of the block region,
and it will be set to our synthesized type. It turns out we've been doing
a terrible job faking that type -- it wasn't a block pointer type at all.
This commit fixes that to at least guarantee a block pointer type, using
the signature written by the user if there is one.

This is not really a correct answer because the block region's type will
/still/ be wrong, but further efforts to make this right in the analyzer
would probably be silly. We should just change the AST.

Jordan Rose 278d9de314 [analyzer] Don't crash if a block's signature just has the return type.
It is okay to declare a block without an argument list: ^ {} or ^void {}.
In these cases, the BlockDecl's signature-as-written will just contain
the return type, rather than the entire function type. It is unclear if
this is intentional, but the analyzer shouldn't crash because of it.

Ted Kremenek 3e871d8cf6 Use the BlockDecl captures list to infer the direct captures for a BlockDataRegion. Fixes <rdar://problem/12415065>.
We still need to do a recursive walk to determine all static/global variables
referenced by a block, which is needed for region invalidation.

Daniel Dunbar 8fbe78f6fc Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).
