Nicolai Hähnle 1ddc51d89d Inliner: don't mark call sites as 'nounwind' if that would be redundant
When F calls G calls H, G is nounwind, and G is inlined into F, then the
inlined call-site to H should be effectively nounwind so as not to lose
information during inlining.

If H itself is nounwind (which often happens when H is an intrinsic), we
no longer mark the callsite explicitly as nounwind. Previously, there
were cases where the inlined call-site of H differs from a pre-existing
call-site of H in F *only* in the explicitly added nounwind attribute,
thus preventing common subexpression elimination.

v2:
- just check CI->doesNotThrow

Nicolai Hähnle 301011fa60 Rerun ./utils/update_cc_test.py on a bunch of tests
Due to update script changes; this reduces the size of a later
"real" diff.

Nikita Popov 532dc62b90 [OpaquePtrs][Clang] Add -no-opaque-pointers to tests (NFC)
This adds -no-opaque-pointers to clang tests whose output will
change when opaque pointers are enabled by default. This is
intended to be part of the migration approach described in
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/enabling-opaque-pointers-by-default/61322/9.

The patch has been produced by replacing %clang_cc1 with
%clang_cc1 -no-opaque-pointers for tests that fail with opaque
pointers enabled. Worth noting that this doesn't cover all tests,
there's a remaining ~40 tests not using %clang_cc1 that will need
a followup change.

Sanjay Patel bcc5ed7b24 [CodeGen] fix test to be (mostly) independent of LLVM optimizer; NFC
This test would break with the proposed change to IR canonicalization
in D79171. The raw unoptimized IR from clang is massive, so I've
replaced -instcombine with -mem2reg to make it more manageable,
but still be unlikely to break with unrelated changed to optimization.

Fangrui Song dbc96b518b Revert "[CodeGenModule] Assume dso_local for -fpic -fno-semantic-interposition"
This reverts commit 789a46f2d7.

Accidentally committed.

Fangrui Song 789a46f2d7 [CodeGenModule] Assume dso_local for -fpic -fno-semantic-interposition
Summary:
Clang -fpic defaults to -fno-semantic-interposition (GCC -fpic defaults
to -fsemantic-interposition).
Users need to specify -fsemantic-interposition to get semantic
interposition behavior.

Semantic interposition is currently a best-effort feature. There may
still be some cases where it is not handled well.

Ahmed Bougacha b26fa705df [AArch64] Change size suffix for FP16FML intrinsics.
These currently use _u32, but they should instead use _f16, the
types of the multiplication (matching the various integer vmlal
variants).

Bryan Chan 223307b3dc [AArch64] Implement FP16FML intrinsics
Generate the FP16FML intrinsics into arm_neon.h (AArch64 only for now).
Add two new type modifiers to NeonEmitter to handle the new prototypes.
Define __ARM_FEATURE_FP16FML when +fp16fml is enabled and guard the
intrinsics with the macro in arm_neon.h.
