CoroSplit lowers various coroutine intrinsics. It's a CGSCC pass and
CGSCC passes don't run on unreachable functions. Normally GlobalDCE will
come along and delete unreachable functions, but we don't run GlobalDCE
under -O0, so an unreachable function with coroutine intrinsics may
never have CoroSplit run on it.
This patch adds GlobalDCE when coroutines intrinsics are present. It
also now runs all coroutine passes conditional when coroutine intrinsics
are present. This should also solve the -O0 regression reported in
D105877 due to LazyCallGraph construction.

A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,
void func();
becomes
void func(void);
This is the eleventh batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).
Previously, the Backend_Emit{Nothing,BC,LL} modes did
not run the LLVM verifier since it is usually added via
the TargetMachine::addPassesToEmitFile method according
to the DisableVerify parameter. This is called from
EmitAssemblyHelper::AddEmitPasses, which is only relevant
for BackendAction-s that require CodeGen.
Note:
* In these particular situations the verifier is added
to the optimization pipeline rather than the codegen
pipeline so that it runs prior to the BC/LL emission
pass.
* This change applies to both the old and the new PMs.
* Because the clang tests use -emit-llvm ubiquitously,
this change will enable the verifier for them.
* A small bug is fixed in emitIFuncDefinition so that
the clang/test/CodeGen/ifunc.c test would pass:
the emitIFuncDefinition incorrectly passed the
GlobalDecl of the IFunc itself to the call to
GetOrCreateLLVMFunction for creating the resolver.

This patch make coroutine passes run by default in LLVM pipeline. Now
the clang and opt could handle IR inputs containing coroutine intrinsics
without special options.
It should be fine. On the one hand, the coroutine passes seems to be stable
since there are already many projects using coroutine feature.
On the other hand, the coroutine passes should do nothing for IR who doesn't
contain coroutine intrinsic.

Printing pass manager invocations is fairly verbose and not super
useful.
This allows us to remove DebugLogging from pass managers and PassBuilder
since all logging (aside from analysis managers) goes through
instrumentation now.
This has the downside of never being able to print the top level pass
manager via instrumentation, but that seems like a minor downside.

Add an AssumptionCache callback to the InlineFuntionInfo used for the
AlwaysInlinerPass to match codegen of the AlwaysInlinerLegacyPass to generate
llvm.assume. This fixes CodeGen/builtin-movdir.c when new PM is enabled by
default.

Since we are now producing a summary also for regular LTO builds, we
need to run the NameAnonGlobals pass in those cases as well (the
summary cannot handle anonymous globals).
