Aaron Ballman 46b0d0eef9 Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the twelfth batch of tests being updated (the end may be in
sight soon though).

Douglas Gregor 8b7d403684 Allow C++0x enumerations with a fixed underlying type in
Objective-C. The @encode'ing of such an enumeration type is the same
as its underlying type. <rdar://problem/5276348>.

Daniel Dunbar 8fbe78f6fc Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

Eli Friedman 4663a3368d Make constant emission for @encode use the common string emission code.
This is a bit cleaner, and also "fixes" bad code that compares the
addresses of the string constants.
