We already link libunwind explicitly so avoid trying to link toolchain's
default libunwind which may be missing. This matches what we already do
for libcxx and libcxxabi.

This is a follow up to D118200 which applies a similar cleanup to
headers when using in-tree libc++ to avoid accidentally picking up
the system headers.

When using the in-tree libc++, we should be using the full path to
ensure that we're using the right library and not accidentally pick up
the system library.

The memprof unit tests use an older version of gmock (included in the
repo) which does not build cleanly with -pedantic:
https://github.com/google/googletest/issues/2650
For now just silence the warning by disabling pedantic and add the
appropriate flags for gcc and clang.
MemProfUnitTest now depends on libcxx but the dependency is not
explicitly expressed in build system, causing build races. This patch
addresses this issue.
