Reid Kleckner	5bc8543a36	[codeview] Fix assertion failure introduced in r295354 refactoring CodeViewDebug sets Asm to nullptr to disable debug info generation. [codeview] Fix assertion failure introduced in r295354 refactoring

CodeViewDebug sets Asm to nullptr to disable debug info generation.  You
