Esme-Yi 817936408b [yaml2obj][XCOFF] parsing auxiliary symbols.
Summary: The patch adds support for yaml2obj parsing auxiliary
symbols for XCOFF. Since the test cases of this patch are
interdependent with D113825 ([llvm-readobj][XCOFF] dump
auxiliary symbols), test cases of this patch will be committed
after D113825 is committed.

Esme-Yi ab97ffb96a Reland [XCOFF][yaml2obj] support for the auxiliary file header.
Summary: Fix the build failure on MSVC by making the `T` and `U` of the function
'T llvm::Optional<T>::getValueOr<llvm::yaml::Hex32>(U &&) const &' the same.

Esme-Yi b98c3e957f [yaml2obj][XCOFF] add the SectionIndex field for symbol.
Summary: Add the SectionIndex field for symbol.
1: a symbol can reference a section by SectionName or SectionIndex.
2: a symbol can reference a section by both SectionName and SectionIndex.
3: if both Section and SectionIndex are specified, but the two values refer
   to different sections, an error will be reported.
4: an invalid SectionIndex is allowed.
5: if a symbol references a non-existent section by SectionName, an error will be reported.

Esme-Yi 50bb1b930d [yaml2obj] Initial the support of yaml2obj for 32-bit XCOFF.
Summary: The patch implements the mapping of the Yaml
information to XCOFF object file to enable the yaml2obj
tool for XCOFF. Currently only 32-bit is supported.

Jason Liu 9212206d25 [XCOFF] Implement parsing symbol table for xcoffobjfile and output as yaml format
Summary:
This patch implement parsing symbol table for xcoffobjfile and
output as yaml format. Parsing auxiliary entries of a symbol
will be in a separate patch.

The XCOFF object file (aix_xcoff.o) used in the test comes from
-bash-4.2$ cat test.c
extern int i;
extern int TestforXcoff;
int main()
{
i++;
TestforXcoff--;
}

Summary:
1. Add functionality for parsing AIX XCOFF object files headers.
2. Only support 32-bit AIX XCOFF object files in this patch.
3. Print out the AIX XCOFF object file header in YAML format.
