Reid Spencer	972bea5c69	Update to llvm-config tool, by Erik Kidd: ... 1. Check for Perl and only build llvm-config if its available. 2. Add some virtual components 3. Reid Spencer	6f682b79af	These changes are necessary to support the new llvm-config tool. llvm-config ... is a handy tool for users of LLVM who want to be able to quickly get information about LLVM's configuration.
