Steve Naroff	8afa98916a	Downgrade incompatibilities with objc qualified types (e.g. id <P>) to warnings. Note: One day, we should consider moving the actual diags to ObjCQualifiedIdTypesAreCompatible(), since it has more information on the actual problem.
