Update a number of CodeGen tests to not create .ll files in the test
directory.
- Removed .ll from the svn:ignore lists to try and prevent this.
- Added svn:ignore on test/Misc/Output

Always check that the definition of a function has the correct type.
This fixes a crash on the included testcase (found in NetHack).
