LLVM test CodeGen/PowerPC/ctrloops-softfloat.ll tries to check for the
absence of sequences of instructions with several CHECK-NOT with one of
those directives using a variable defined in another. However CHECK-NOT
are checked independently so that is using a variable defined in a
pattern that should not occur in the input.
This commit changes occurence of the variable for the regex used in its
definition, thereby making each CHECK-NOT independent.

Currently we have a number of tests that fail with -verify-machineinstrs.
To detect this cases earlier we add the option to the testcases with the
exception of tests that will currently fail with this option. PR 27456 keeps
track of this failures.

This patch prevents CTR loops optimization when using soft float operations
inside loop body. Soft float operations use function calls, but function
calls are not allowed inside CTR optimized loops.
