Nikita Popov 176bbcae11 [DSE] Remove MemDep-based implementation
The MemorySSA-based implementation has been enabled without issue
for a while now, so keeping the old implementation around doesn't
seem useful anymore. This drops the MemDep-based implementation.

Florian Hahn 6cb54cfe0b [DSE] Move legacy tests to DeadStoreElimination/MemDepAnalysis.
This patch moves the tests for the old MemDepAnalysis based DSE
implementation to the MemDepAnalysis subdirectory and updates them to
pass -enable-dse-memoryssa=false.

This is in preparation for the switch to MemorySSA-backed DSE.

Eric Christopher cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass.""
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Eric Christopher a863435128 Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."
As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton).

This reverts commit r358543/ab70da07286e618016e78247e4a24fcb84077fda.

Reid Kleckner 40e7663b1f [BasicAA] Don't assume tail calls with byval don't alias allocas
Summary:
Calls marked 'tail' cannot read or write allocas from the current frame
because the current frame might be destroyed by the time they run.
However, a tail call may use an alloca with byval. Calling with byval
copies the contents of the alloca into argument registers or stack
slots, so there is no lifetime issue. Tail calls never modify allocas,
so we can return just ModRefInfo::Ref.

Fixes PR38466, a longstanding bug.
