Roman Lebedev	2702fb1148	[SimplifyCFG] Restart if `removeUndefIntroducingPredecessor()` made changes It might changed the condition of a branch into a constant, so we should restart and constant-fold terminator, instead of continuing with the tautological "conditional" branch.
