Joachim Protze	ce0911b3e9	[OpenMP][Tests] Fix compiler warnings in OpenMP runtime tests This patch allows to pass the OpenMP runtime tests after configuring with `cmake . -DOPENMP_TEST_FLAGS:STRING="-Werror"`.
