Arthur Eubanks a95796a380 [NewPM][LoopUnroll] Rename unroll* to loop-unroll*
The legacy pass is called "loop-unroll", but in the new PM it's called "unroll".
Also applied to unroll-and-jam and unroll-full.

Fixes various check-llvm tests when NPM is turned on.

Eric Christopher cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass.""
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Eric Christopher a863435128 Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."
As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton).

This reverts commit r358543/ab70da07286e618016e78247e4a24fcb84077fda.

Hiroshi Yamauchi 09e539fcae [PGO] Profile guided code size optimization.
Summary:
Enable some of the existing size optimizations for cold code under PGO.

A ~5% code size saving in big internal app under PGO.

The way it gets BFI/PSI is discussed in the RFC thread

http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-March/130894.html

Note it doesn't currently touch loop passes.

Hans Wennborg 719b26ba54 Loop unroller: set thresholds for optsize and minsize functions to zero
Before r268509, Clang would disable the loop unroll pass when optimizing
for size. That commit enabled it to be able to support unroll pragmas
in -Os builds. However, this regressed binary size in one of Chromium's
DLLs with ~100 KB.

This restores the original behaviour of no unrolling at -Os, but doing it
in LLVM instead of Clang makes more sense, and also allows the pragmas to
keep working.

Marianne Mailhot-Sarrasin b192670279 Adding test cases showing the behavior of LoopUnrollPass according to optnone and optsize attributes
The unroll pass was disabled by clang in /Os. Those new test cases shows that the pass will behave correctly even if it is not fully disabled. This patch is related in some way to the clang commit (http://reviews.llvm.org/D19827), which re-enables the pass in /Os.
