Summary:
GNU objdump prints the file format in lowercase, e.g. `elf64-x86-64`. llvm-objdump prints `ELF64-x86-64` right now, even though piping that into llvm-objcopy refuses that as a valid arch to use.

Mostly this adds testing for certain aliases in more explicit ways.
There are also a few tidy-ups, and additions of missing testing, where
the feature was either not tested at all, or not tested explicitly and
sufficiently.

This is the first in a set of patches I have to improve testing of
llvm-objdump. This patch targets --all-headers, --section, and
--full-contents. In the --section case, it deletes a pre-canned binary
which is only used by the one test and replaces it with yaml.

When -all-headers is given it is supposed to dump all headers,
but now it skips the archive headers for no reason.
The patch fixes that.
