Georgii Rymar 8590b5ccd5 [libObject, llvm-readobj] - Reimplement `ELFFile<ELFT>::getEntry`.
Currently, `ELFFile<ELFT>::getEntry` does not check an index of
an entry. Because of that the code might read past the end of the symbol
table silently. I've added a test to `llvm-readobj\ELF\relocations.test`
to demonstrate the possible issue. Also, I've added a unit test for
this method.

After this change, `getEntry` stops reporting the section index and
reuses the `getSectionContentsAsArray` method, which already has
all the validation needed. Our related warnings now provide
more and better context sometimes.

Georgii Rymar 98a4289810 [llvm-readobj] - For SHT_REL relocations, don't display an addend.
This is https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44257.

In LLVM style we always print `0` as addend when dumping
SHT_REL relocations. It is confusing, this patch stops
printing it as the first comment on the bug page suggests.

Georgii Rymar 2bfaf19516 [yaml2obj] - Make `Section::Link` field to be `Optional<>`.
`Link` is not an optional field currently.
Because of this it is not convenient to write macros.

This makes it optional and fixes corresponding test cases.

Georgii Rymar bc902191d3 [llvm-readobj] - Remove unwrapOrError calls from GNUStyle<ELFT>::printRelocations.
This fixes existent FIXMEs: we should not error out when unable to
find the number of relocations.

Georgii Rymar 3b0a4e9584 [llvm-readobj] - Refine logic of the symbol table locating in printRelocationsHelper().
This removes the last `unwrapOrError` call from the `printRelocationsHelper`.

There is a little additional complexity because of `SHT_RELR/SHT_ANDROID_RELR` sections.
Such sections contains only relative relocations and they do not have a
symbol table associated with them, hence we should not try to treat
their `sh_link` field as a reference to a symbol table.

Georgii Rymar 034b95e283 [llvm-readobj/elf] - Remove `unwrapOrError` calls from DumpStyle<ELFT>::printRelocationsHelper.
It removes all `unwrapOrError` calls except the first one, which
is is bit different and can be removed separately.

Georgii Rymar 66a35d330b [llvm-readobj][test] - Cleanup SHT_RELR sections testing.
After recent changes (D71872) in yaml2obj, it is possible so cleanup
testing of the SHT_RELR sections.

Georgii Rymar dbf520f617 [llvm-readobj][test] - Move platform specific test cases and their inputs to separate folders.
This creates the next subfolders in the test directory:
"COFF", "ELF", "MachO", "wasm".

I've also removed platform specific prefixes, like "coff-*".
One unused binary was removed as well: `Inputs/relocs.obj.elf-mips`
