Kazu Hirata	cd8702efe7	[clang-tidy] Use std::nullopt instead of None (NFC) ... This patch mechanically replaces None with std::nullopt where the compiler would warn if None were deprecated. The intent is to reduce the amount of manual work required in migrating from Optional to std::optional. Summary: This check is similar to an ARC Migration check that warned about this incorrect usage under ARC, but most projects are no longer undergoing migration from pre-ARC code. The documentation for NSInvocation is not explicit about these requirements and incorrect usage has been found in many of our projects.
