Abhina Sreeskantharajan 0fb97fd6a4 [SystemZ][z/OS] Set default wchar_t type for zOS 
Set the default wchar_t type on z/OS, and unsigned as the default.

Oliver Stannard abed2eeaea [Thumb] Clang thinks "char" is signed when using a thumb triple 
'char' is unsigned on all ARM and Thumb architectures. Clang gets this
right for ARM, and for thumb when using and arm triple and the -mthumb
option, but gets it wrong for thumb triples. This fixes that.

Tim Northover 19ae1175ae Fix FileCheck --check-prefix lines. 
Various tests had sprung up over the years which had --check-prefix=ABC on the
RUN line, but "CHECK-ABC:" later on. This happened to work before, but was
strictly incorrect. FileCheck is getting stricter soon though.

James Molloy 222f27858f Add a predefine __WINT_UNSIGNED__, similar to __WCHAR_UNSIGNED__, and test them both for ARM and X86. 
Use this to fully fix Sema/format-strings.c for non-x86 platforms.
