Jonas Devlieghere 9494c510af [lldb] Use C++11 default member initializers
This converts a default constructor's member initializers into C++11
default member initializers. This patch was automatically generated with
clang-tidy and the modernize-use-default-member-init check.

$ run-clang-tidy.py -header-filter='lldb' -checks='-*,modernize-use-default-member-init' -fix

This is a mass-refactoring patch and this commit will be added to
.git-blame-ignore-revs.

Jonas Devlieghere 88fbd8f9e7 [lldb/Reproducers] Decode run-length encoding in GDB replay server.
The GDB replay server sanity-checks that every packet it receives
matches what it expects from the serialized packet log. This mechanism
tripped for TestReproducerAttach.py on Linux, because one of the packets
(jModulesInfo) uses run-length encoding. The replay server was comparing
the expanded incoming packet with the unexpanded packet in the log. As a
result, it claimed to have received an unexpected packet, which caused
the test to fail.

This patch addresses that issue by expanding the run-length encoding
before comparing the packets.

Raphael Isemann 808142876c [lldb][NFC] Fix all formatting errors in .cpp file headers
Summary:
A *.cpp file header in LLDB (and in LLDB) should like this:
```
//===-- TestUtilities.cpp -------------------------------------------------===//
```
However in LLDB most of our source files have arbitrary changes to this format and
these changes are spreading through LLDB as folks usually just use the existing
source files as templates for their new files (most notably the unnecessary
editor language indicator `-*- C++ -*-` is spreading and in every review
someone is pointing out that this is wrong, resulting in people pointing out that this
is done in the same way in other files).

This patch removes most of these inconsistencies including the editor language indicators,
all the different missing/additional '-' characters, files that center the file name, missing
trailing `===//` (mostly caused by clang-format breaking the line).

Jonas Devlieghere c62a9f180c [lldb] Improve assert in GDBRemoteCommunicationReplayServer
While investigating an issue where a different packet was sent during
replay I noticed how annoying it is that the existing assert doesn't
specify what packet is actually different. It's printed to the log, but
enabling logging has the potential to change LLDB's behavior. The same
is true when debugging LLDB while it's replaying the reproducer.

I replaced the assert with a printf of the unexpected packet followed by
a fatal_error wrapped in ifndef NDEBUG. The behavior is the same as the
previous assert, just with more/better context.

Jonas Devlieghere ff5225bfb6 [Reproducer] Move GDB Remote Packet into Utility. (NFC)
To support dumping the reproducer's GDB remote packets, we need the
(de)serialization logic to live in Utility rather than the GDB remote
plugin. This patch renames StreamGDBRemote to GDBRemote and moves the
relevant packet code there.

Its uses in the GDBRemoteCommunicationHistory and the
GDBRemoteCommunicationReplayServer are updated as well.

Jonas Devlieghere 9b961cc604 [Reproducer] Disconnect when the replay server is out of packets.
This is a fix for the issue described in r371144.

When the replay server is out of packets we should just disconnect so
the debugger doesn't have to do any cleanup that it wouldn't do during
capture.

Jonas Devlieghere d661a06bed [Reproducers] Fix flakiness and off-by-one during replay.
This fixes two replay issues that caused the tests to behave
erratically:

1. It fixes an off-by-one error, where all replies where shifted by 1
   because of a `+` packet that should've been ignored.

2. It fixes another off-by-one-error, where an asynchronous ^C was
   offsetting all subsequent packets. The reason is that we
   'synchronize' requests and replies. In reality, a stop reply is only
   sent when the process halt. During replay however, we instantly
   report the stop, as the reply to packets like continue (vCont).

Both packets should be ignored, and indeed, checking the gdb-remote log,
no unexpected packets are received anymore.

Additionally, be more pedantic when it comes to unexpected packets and
return an failure form the replay server. This way we should be able to
catch these things faster in the future.

Jonas Devlieghere 528ce4dd98 [Reproducers] Fix GDB remote flakiness during replay
This fixes the flakiness of the GDB remote reproducer during replay. It
was caused by a combination sending one ACK to many from the replay
server and the code that "flushes" any queued GDB remote packets in
GDBRemoteCommunicationClient::HandshakeWithServer.

The spurious ACK was the result of combining both implicit and explicit
handling of ACKs in the replay server. The handshake consists of an ACK
followed by an QStartNoAckMode. As long as we haven't seen any
QStartNoAckMode, we were sending implicit acknowledgments. So the first
ACK got acknowledged twice, once implicitly, and once as part of the
replay.

The reason we didn't notice this was the code in HandshakeWithServer
that "waits for any responses that might have been queued up in the
remote GDB server and flush them all". A 10ms timeout is used to move on
when no packets are left. If the second ACK didn't make it within those
10ms, all packets were offset by one.

Chandler Carruth 2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.
