Matt Arsenault fae05692a3 CodeGen: Print/parse LLTs in MachineMemOperands
This will currently accept the old number of bytes syntax, and convert
it to a scalar. This should be removed in the near future (I think I
converted all of the tests already, but likely missed a few).

Not sure what the exact syntax and policy should be. We can continue
printing the number of bytes for non-generic instructions to avoid
test churn and only allow non-scalar types for generic instructions.

This will currently print the LLT in parentheses, but accept parsing
the existing integers and implicitly converting to scalar. The
parentheses are a bit ugly, but the parser logic seems unable to deal
without either parentheses or some keyword to indicate the start of a
type.

Vedant Kumar 6b58018c05 [ARM] Mark some tests as not safe for -debugify-and-strip-all, NFC
These tests contain debug instructions which get checked, so we can't
insert synthetic debug info and expect the tests to pass.

The rest of the ARM backend tests appear to be fair game.

Shiva Chen 2c864551df [DebugInfo] Add DILabel metadata and intrinsic llvm.dbg.label.
In order to set breakpoints on labels and list source code around
labels, we need collect debug information for labels, i.e., label
name, the function label belong, line number in the file, and the
address label located. In order to keep these information in LLVM
IR and to allow backend to generate debug information correctly.
We create a new kind of metadata for labels, DILabel. The format
of DILabel is

!DILabel(scope: !1, name: "foo", file: !2, line: 3)

We hope to keep debug information as much as possible even the
code is optimized. So, we create a new kind of intrinsic for label
metadata to avoid the metadata is eliminated with basic block.
The intrinsic will keep existing if we keep it from optimized out.
The format of the intrinsic is

llvm.dbg.label(metadata !1)

It has only one argument, that is the DILabel metadata. The
intrinsic will follow the label immediately. Backend could get the
label metadata through the intrinsic's parameter.

We also create DIBuilder API for labels to be used by Frontend.
Frontend could use createLabel() to allocate DILabel objects, and use
insertLabel() to insert llvm.dbg.label intrinsic in LLVM IR.

Vedant Kumar e23173b677 [DAGCombiner] Fix SDLoc in a (zext (zextload x)) combine (4/N)
The logic for this combine is almost identical to the logic for a
(sext (sextload x)) combine.

This commit factors out the logic so it can be shared by both combines,
and corrects the SDLoc assigned in the zext version of the combine.

Prior to this patch, for the given test case, we would apply the
location associated with the udiv instruction to instructions which
perform the load.
