As we're going to replace this ambiguous option with more precise
instruction-level fast-math description, some tests need to be updated
and the option doesn't play any role in some of them.
Currently we have a number of tests that fail with -verify-machineinstrs.
To detect this cases earlier we add the option to the testcases with the
exception of tests that will currently fail with this option. PR 27456 keeps
track of this failures.

This does not matter on newer cores (where we can use reciprocal estimates in
fast-math mode anyway), but for older cores this allows us to generate better
fast-math code where we have multiple FDIVs with a common divisor.
