Tom Stellard 7f1c077c30 tests/CodeGen: Use %python lit substitution when invoking python 
This will use the python that LLVM was configured to use rather than
python from PATH.

Jonas Paulsson 7c026a83ee [SystemZ] Define MaxInstLength to have the value of 6. 
This value had the default value of 4 which caused branch relaxation to fail.
