Fangrui Song 481c3b8c94 [llvm-dwarfdump] --statistics: break lines and indent by 2
so that the user does not have to pipe the output to `jq` or `python -m json.tool`.
This change makes testing more convenient because `-NEXT` patterns can be used.
The "prettify by default" is a good tradeoff to make. The output size increases a bit.

Caroline Tice cef4c29417 lvm-dwarfdump: Stop counting out-of-line subprogram in the "inlined functions" statistic.
DW_TAG_subprogram DIEs should not be counted in the inlined function statistic. This also addresses the source variables count, as that uses the inlined function count in its calculations.

Adrian Prantl 2e102480ac llvm-dwarfdump --statistics: Unique abstract origins across multiple CUs.
Instead of indexing local variables by DIE offset, use the variable
name + the path through the lexical block tree. This makes the lookup
key consistent across duplicate abstract origins in different CUs.
