thomasraoux 291025389c [mlir][vector] Refactor Vector Unrolling and remove Tuple ops
Simplify vector unrolling pattern to be more aligned with rest of the
patterns and be closer to vector distribution.
The new implementation uses ExtractStridedSlice/InsertStridedSlice
instead of the Tuple ops. After this change the ops based on Tuple don't
have any more used so they can be removed.

This allows removing signifcant amount of dead code and will allow
extending the unrolling code going forward.

Matthias Springer 2c115ecc41 [mlir][NFC] MemRef cleanup: Remove helper functions
Remove `getDynOperands` and `createOrFoldDimOp` from MemRef.h to decouple MemRef a bit from Tensor. These two functions are used in other dialects/transforms.

thomasraoux 3fc0fbefc8 [mlir][vector] Move transferOp on tensor opt to folder/canonicalization
Move the existing optimization for transfer op on tensor to folder and
canonicalization. This handles the write after write case and read after write
and also add write after read case.

Diego Caballero 96891f0418 Reland: [mlir][Vector][Affine] Improve affine vectorizer algorithm
This patch replaces the root-terminal vectorization approach implemented in the
Affine vectorizer with a topological order approach that vectorizes all the
operations within the target loop nest. These are the most important changes
introduced by the new algorithm:
  * Removed tracking of root and terminal ops. Existing vectorization
functionality is preserved and extended so that loop nests without
    root-terminal chains can be vectorized.
  * Vectorizing a loop nest now only requires a single topological traversal.
  * A new vector loop nest is incrementally built along the vectorization
process. The original scalar loop is kept intact. No cloning guard is needed
to recover the scalar loop if vectorization fails. This approach also
simplifies the challenging task of replacing a loop operation amid the
vectorization process without invalidating the analysis information that
    depends on the original loop.
  * Vectorization of specific operations has been implemented as independent,
preparing them to be moved to a potential vectorization interface.

Thomas Raoux efd05040e1 [mlir] Add hoisting transformation for transfer ops on tensor
Add same hoisting transformation existing for transfer ops on buffers for
transfer_ops on tensor. The logic is significantly different so this is done as
a separate transformation and it is expect that user would know which
transformation to use based on the flow.

Nicolas Vasilache 7c3c5b11b1 [mlir][Vector] Add option to fully unroll for VectorTransfer to SCF lowering
Summary:
Previously, the only support partial lowering from vector transfers to SCF was
going through loops. This requires a dedicated allocation and extra memory
roundtrips because LLVM aggregates cannot be indexed dynamically (for more
details see the [deep-dive](https://mlir.llvm.org/docs/Dialects/Vector/#deeperdive)).

This revision allows specifying full unrolling which removes this additional roundtrip.
This should be used carefully though because full unrolling will spill, negating the
benefits of removing the interim alloc in the first place.

Proper heuristics are left for a later time.

Jeremy Bruestle 9f3ab92ec8 [MLIR] Improve support for 0-dimensional Affine Maps.
Summary:
Modified AffineMap::get to remove support for the overload which allowed
an ArrayRef of AffineExpr but no context (and gathered the context from a
presumed first entry, resulting in bugs when there were 0 results).

Instead, we support only a ArrayRef and a context, and a version which
takes a single AffineExpr.

Additionally, removed some now needless case logic which previously
special cased which call to AffineMap::get to use.

Andy Davis 31a346cc35 [MLIR][Vector] Add support for TupleGetOp folding through InsertSlicesOp and ExtractSlicesOp.
Summary:
Add support for TupleGetOp folding through InsertSlicesOp and ExtractSlicesOp.
Vector-to-vector transformations for unrolling and lowering to hardware vectors
can generate chains of structured vector operations (InsertSlicesOp,
ExtractSlicesOp and ShapeCastOp) between the producer of a hardware vector
value and its consumer. Because InsertSlicesOp, ExtractSlicesOp and ShapeCastOp
are structured, we can track the location (tuple index and vector offsets) of
the consumer vector value through the chain of structured operations to the
producer, enabling a much more powerful producer-consumer fowarding of values
through structured ops and tuple, which in turn enables a more powerful
TupleGetOp folding transformation.
