Such loops shouldn't be vectorized due to the loops form.
After applying loop-rotate (+simplifycfg) the tests again start to check
what they are intended to check.

"Unroll" is not the appropriate name for this variable. Clang already uses
the term "interleave" in pragmas and metadata for this.

Don't vectorize with a runtime check if it requires a
comparison between pointers with different address spaces.
The values can't be assumed to be directly comparable.
Previously it would create an illegal bitcast.
