The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Sanjay Patel c4ed9ed276 [SLPVectorizer] add test for PR13837; NFC 
This was probably fixed long ago, but I don't see a test
that lines up with the example and target in the bug report:
