Michal Gorny c178809eb6 [clang] [cmake] Use add_clang_tool() to install all tools 
Switch clang-check, clang-extdef-mapping and clang-offload-bundler
to use add_clang_tool() rather than add_clang_executable() with a custom
install rule.  This makes them LLVM_DISTRIBUTION_COMPONENTS-friendly.

Tom Stellard 2e97d2aa1b cmake: Add CLANG_LINK_CLANG_DYLIB option 
Summary:
Setting CLANG_LINK_CLANG_DYLIB=ON causes clang tools to link against
libclang_shared.so instead of the individual component libraries.

Rafael Stahl 8c48705a19 [analyzer][CrossTU][NFC] Generalize to external definitions instead of external functions 
Summary: This is just changing naming and documentation to be general about external definitions that can be imported for cross translation unit analysis. There is at least a plan to add VarDecls: D46421
