Matt Morehouse	4deda57106	[DFSan] Handle mmap() calls before interceptors are installed. InitializeInterceptors() calls dlsym(), which calls calloc(). Depending on the allocator implementation, calloc() may invoke mmap(), which results in a segfault since REAL(mmap) is still being resolved.
