-thread-info in lldbmi does not conform to protocol. Should end with
current thread id as described here:

When printing all threads, the current thread id should be printed
afterwards.

Most of lldb-mi files have comments about environement, copyright etc which were neither needed nor uptodate.
This commit removes those comments.
