Christian Kühnel 8edfc2f814 [clangd] Cleanup of readability-identifier-naming
Auto-generated patch based on clang-tidy readability-identifier-naming.
Only some manual cleanup for `extern "C"` declarations and a GTest change was required.

I'm not sure if this cleanup is actually very useful. It cleans up clang-tidy findings to the number of warnings from clang-tidy should be lower. Since it was easy to do and required only little cleanup I thought I'd upload it for discussion.

One pattern that keeps recurring: Test **matchers** are also supposed to start with a lowercase letter as per LLVM convention. However GTest naming convention for matchers start with upper case. I would propose to keep stay consistent with the GTest convention there. However that would imply a lot of `//NOLINT` throughout these files.

To re-product this patch run:
```
run-clang-tidy -checks="-*,readability-identifier-naming" -fix -format ./clang-tools-extra/clangd
```

To convert the macro names, I was using this script with some manual cleanup afterwards:

David Blaikie aee4925507 Recommit: Compress formatting of array type names (int [4] -> int[4])
Based on post-commit review discussion on
2bd8493847 with Richard Smith.

Other uses of forcing HasEmptyPlaceHolder to false seem OK to me -
they're all around pointer/reference types where the pointer/reference
token will appear at the rightmost side of the left side of the type
name, so they make nested types (eg: the "int" in "int *") behave as
though there is a non-empty placeholder (because the "*" is essentially
the placeholder as far as the "int" is concerned).

This was originally committed in 277623f4d5

Reverted in f9ad1d1c77 due to breakages
outside of clang - lldb seems to have some strange/strong dependence on
"char [N]" versus "char[N]" when printing strings (not due to that name
appearing in DWARF, but probably due to using clang to stringify type
names) that'll need to be addressed, plus a few other odds and ends in
other subprojects (clang-tools-extra, compiler-rt, etc).

[clangd] Introduce ASTHooks to FeatureModules
These can be invoked at different stages while building an AST to let
FeatureModules implement features on top of it. The patch also
introduces a sawDiagnostic hook, which can mutate the final clangd::Diag
while reading a clang::Diagnostic.

[clangd] Move logging out of LSPTest base class into a separate one.
This was causing TSan failures due to a race on vptr during destruction,
see
https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/131/builds/6579/steps/6/logs/FAIL__Clangd_Unit_Tests__LSPTest_FeatureModulesThr.

The story is, during the execution of a destructor all the virtual
dispatches should resolve to implementations in the class being
destroyed, not the derived ones. And LSPTests will log some stuff during
destruction (we send shutdown/exit requests, which are logged), which is
a virtual dispatch when LSPTest is derived from clang::clangd::Logger.

It is a benign race in our case, as gtests that derive from LSPTest
doesn't override the `log` method. But still during destruction, we
might try to update vtable ptr (due to being done with destruction of
test and starting destruction of LSPTest) and read from it to dispatch a
log message at the same time.

This patch fixes that race by moving `log` out of the vtable of
`LSPTest`.

Sam McCall a60d06d8b7 [clangd] Rename Module -> FeatureModule to avoid confusion. NFC
As pointed out in D96244, "Module" is already pretty overloaded to refer
to clang and llvm modules. (And clangd deals directly with the former).

FeatureModule is a bit of a mouthful but it's pretty self-descriptive.
I think it might be better than "Component" which doesn't really capture
the "common interface" aspect - it's IMO confusing to refer to
"components" but exclude CDB for example.

The redundancy around work-done-progress is annoying but ok for now.

There's a weirdness with context lifetimes around outgoing method calls, which
I've preserved to keep this NFC. We should probably fix it though.

Sam McCall 65eaec9bd3 [clangd] Add -log=public to redact all request info from index server logs
The index server has access to potentially-sensitive information, e.g. a
sequence of fuzzyFind requests reveals details about code completions in the
editor which in turn reveals details about the code being edited.
This information is necessary to provide the service, and our intention[1] is it
should never be retained beyond the scope of the request (e.g. not logged).

At the same time, some log messages should be exposed:
 - server startup/index reloads etc that don't pertain to a user request
 - basic request logs (method, latency, #results, error code) for monitoring
 - errors while handling requests, without request-specific data
The -log=public design accommodates these by allowing three types of logs:
 - those not associated with any user RPC request (via context-propagation)
 - those explicitly tagged as [public] in the log line
 - logging of format strings only, with no interpolated data (error level only)

[1] Specifically: Google is likely to run public instances of this server
for LLVM and potentially other projects, they will run in this configuration.
The details agreed in a Google-internal privacy review.
As clangd developers, we'd encourage others to use this configuration for public
instances too.
