Pavel Labath f4568e1221 [lldb] Simplify HostThreadMacOSX
The class is using an incredibly elaborate setup to create and destroy
an NSAutoreleasePool object. We can do it in a much simpler way by
making those calls inside our thread startup function.

The only effect of this patch is that the pool gets released at the end
of the ThreadCreateTrampoline function, instead of slightly later, when
pthreads begin thread-specific cleanup. However, the key destruction
order is unspecified, so nothing should be relying on that.

I didn't find a specific reason for why this would have to be done that
way in git history. It seems that before D5198, this was thread-specific
keys were the only way an os implementation (in Host::ThreadCreated)
could attach some value to a thread.

Pavel Labath 93c1b3caf0 [lldb] Remove some anonymous namespaces
.. and reduce the scope of others. They don't follow llvm coding
standards (which say they should be used only when the same effect
cannot be achieved with the static keyword), and they set a bad example.

Jonas Devlieghere 9494c510af [lldb] Use C++11 default member initializers
This converts a default constructor's member initializers into C++11
default member initializers. This patch was automatically generated with
clang-tidy and the modernize-use-default-member-init check.

$ run-clang-tidy.py -header-filter='lldb' -checks='-*,modernize-use-default-member-init' -fix

This is a mass-refactoring patch and this commit will be added to
.git-blame-ignore-revs.

Konrad Kleine eaebcbc679 [lldb] NFC remove DISALLOW_COPY_AND_ASSIGN
Summary:
This is how I applied my clang-tidy check (see
https://reviews.llvm.org/D80531) in order to remove
`DISALLOW_COPY_AND_ASSIGN` and have deleted copy ctors and deleted
assignment operators instead.

Chandler Carruth 2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Raphael Isemann 2c77eefe85 Add modules support for lldb headers in include/
Summary:
This patch adds a modulemap which allows compiling the lldb headers into C++ modules
(for example in builds with LLVM_ENABLE_MODULES=On).

Even though most of the affected code has been cleaned up to work with the more strict
C++ module semantics, there are still some workarounds left in the current modulemap
(the most obvious one is the big `lldb` wrapper module).

It also moves the Obj-C++ files in lldb to their own subdirectories. This was necessary
because we need to filter out the modules flags for this code.

Note: With the latest clang and libstdc++ it seems necessary to have a STL C++ module
to get a working LLVM_ENABLE_MODULES build for lldb. Otherwise clang will falsely
detect ODR violations in the textually included STL code inside the lldb modules.
