Dominic Chen bbf1900571 [clang][Headers] Avoid compiler warnings in builtin headers
While debugging module support using -Wsystem-headers, we discovered that if
-Werror, and -Wundef or -Wmacro-redefined are specified, they can cause errors
to be generated in these builtin headers.

Aaron Ballman 6273b5cbcd Roll back use of #warning for header deprecations
e5ccd66801 and
5029dce492 added deprecation warnings to
the <stdbool.h> and <stdnoreturn.h> headers, respectively, because the
headers are deprecated in C2x.

However, there are system headers that include these headers
unconditionally, and #warning diagnostics within system headers are
shown to users instead of suppressed, which means these deprecation
warnings are being triggered in circumstances that users have no
control over except to disable all the warnings through the
_CLANG_DISABLE_CRT_DEPRECATION_WARNINGS macro or other means.

This removes the problematic #warning uses until we find a more
palatable solution.

Timm Bäder e5ccd66801 [clang][sema] Enable first-class bool support for C2x
Implement N2395 for C2x.

This also covers adding "bool", which is part of N2394.

Chandler Carruth 4cf5743b77 Move the builtin headers to use the new license file header.
Summary:
These all had somewhat custom file headers with different text from the
ones I searched for previously, and so I missed them. Thanks to Hal and
Kristina and others who prompted me to fix this, and sorry it took so
long.

Chris Lattner 7a51313d8a Make a major restructuring of the clang tree: introduce a top-level
lib dir and move all the libraries into it. This follows the main
llvm tree, and allows the libraries to be built in parallel. The
top level now enforces that all the libs are built before Driver,
but we don't care what order the libs are built in. This speeds
up parallel builds, particularly incremental ones.
