Chandler Carruth 5da53436d5 Convert the uses of '|&' to use '2>&1 |' instead, which works on old 
versions of Bash. In addition, I can back out the change to the lit
built-in shell test runner to support this.

This should fix the majority of fallout on Darwin, but I suspect there
will be a few straggling issues.

Jakob Stoklund Olesen b253f490c3 Insert dummy ED table entries for pseudo-instructions. 
The table is indexed by opcode, so simply removing pseudo-instructions
creates a wrong mapping from opcode to table entry.

Add a test case for xorps which has a very high opcode that exposes this
problem.

Sean Callanan 34770edf43 Fixed a bug in the enhanced disassembler that caused 
it to ignore valid uses of FS and GS as additional
base registers in address computations.  Added a test
case for this.

Sean Callanan c1b7775e0f Added a testcase for the enhanced disassembly bug 
fixed in r126147, where a field in the X86 decode
structure was being read as bits, not bytes.
