Seiya Nuta 12bd490427 Recommit "[llvm-objcopy][MachO] Implement a layout algorithm for executables" 
Summary: The layout algorithm for relocatable objects and for executable are somewhat different. This patch implements the latter one based on the algorithm in LLD (MachOFileLayout).

Seiya Nuta b728e53b95 [llvm-objcopy][MachO] Recompute and update offset/size fields in the writer 
Summary:
Recompute and update offset/size fields so that we can implement llvm-objcopy options like --only-section.

This patch is the first step and focuses on supporting load commands that covered by existing tests: executable files and
dynamic libraries are not supported.

Saleem Abdulrasool 764727d92e tests: loosen restriction 
The MachO tests can run on any target, but require that the x86 backend
is available.  Broaden the coverage of the test.

Alexander Shaposhnikov d078b4e484 [llvm-objcopy] Temporarily limit one test to darwin 
Some triples in llvm-mc appear to be unavailable on some buildbots.
To please those buildbots we temporarily limit the test to darwin 
(where the required triple is guranteed to be available)
until we find the right solution.
