Coyp SchedRW from pseudos to real instructions so that llvm-mca has
access to it. This is NFC for normal compiler codegen, which schedules
pseudos not real instructions.
Add an llvm-mca test for some high latency double-precision instructions
as a smoke test.

Replace individual operands GLC, SLC, and DLC with a single cache_policy
bitmask operand. This will reduce the number of operands in MIR and I hope
the amount of code. These operands are mostly 0 anyway.
Additional advantage that parser will accept these flags in any order unlike
now.

gfx1030 added a new way to implement readcyclecounter using the
SHADER_CYCLES hardware register, but the s_memtime instruction still
exists, so the MC layer should still accept it and the
llvm.amdgcn.s.memtime intrinsic should still work.
Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D97928
We did not have atomic flags on SMRD, did not copy TSFlags
to real instructions, and did not have ret/noret atomic map.
At the moment it is NFC, but needed for D96469.

We have this subtarget feature so it makes sense to use it here. This is
NFC because it's always defined by default on GFX8+.

The usage of the Imm out argument from SelectSMRDOffset is pretty
confusing. Stop trying to reject CI immediates in the case where the
offset field can be used. It's not an illegal way to encode the
immediate, so just prefer the better encoding pattern with
AddedComplexity.
We probably don't even really need the different opcodes for the
different offset types anymore, but that will be more work to cleanup.
The SMRD non-buffer load patterns could also use a cleanup to be done
separately.
There's not much value to this separate node from the intrinsic. Make
the operand structure the same as the intrinsic, so we can reuse the
same pattern for GlobalISel.
We are duplicating predicates if several parts of the combined
predicate list contain the same condition. Added code to deduplicate
the list.
We have AssemblerPredicates and AssemblerPredicate in the
PredicateControl, but we never use AssemblerPredicates with an
actual list, so this one is dropped.
This addresses the first part of the llvm bug 43886:

We have done some predicate and feature refactoring lately but
did not upstream it. This is to sync.

to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Summary:
Merge the SMRD patterns for CI into the same multiclass as the
patterns for other sub-targets.
This removes some duplicate code and will make it easier for some
future GlobalISel changes I would like to do.

Summary:
This is essentially NFC, because the complex pattern used for these patterns
will fail on non-CI, but this makes the pattern consistent with other CI
smrd patterns. It is also a performance improvement, because the pattern
will now fail earlier on non-CI.

llvm-svn: 343125
Summary:
Patch by Marek Olsak and David Stuttard, both of AMD.
This adds a new amdgcn intrinsic supporting s.buffer.load, in particular
multiple dword variants. These are convenient to use from some front-end
implementations.
Also modified the existing llvm.SI.load.const intrinsic to common up the
underlying implementation.
This modification also requires that we can lower to non-uniform loads correctly
by splitting larger dword variants into sizes supported by the non-uniform
versions of the load.
V2: Addressed minor review comments.
V3: i1 glc is now i32 cachepolicy for consistency with buffer and
tbuffer intrinsics, plus fixed formatting issue.
V4: Added glc test.

Summary:
The docs already claim that this happens, but so far it hasn't. As a
consequence, existing TableGen files get this wrong a lot, but luckily
the fixes are all reasonably straightforward.
To make this work with all the existing forms of self-references (since
the true type of a record is only built up over time), the lookup of
self-references in !cast is delayed until the final resolving step.

Note: This is a candidate for LLVM 6.0, because it was planned to be
in that release but was delayed due to a long review period.
Merge conflict in release_60 - resolution:
Add "-p6:32:32" into the second (non-amdgiz) string.
Only scalar loads support 32-bit pointers. An address in a VGPR will
fail to compile. That's OK because the results of loads will only be used
in places where VGPRs are forbidden.
Updated AMDGPUAliasAnalysis and used SReg_64_XEXEC.
The tests cover all uses cases we need for Mesa.
