Add a calling convention called amdgpu_gfx for real function calls
within graphics shaders. For the moment, this uses the same calling
convention as other calls in amdgpu, with registers excluded for return
address, stack pointer and stack buffer descriptor.

AMDGPU currently only supports direct calls, but at lower optimisation levels it
fails to lower statically direct calls which appear indirect due to a bitcast.
Add a pass to visit all CallSites and use CallPromotionUtils to "devirtualize"
calls.

In principle nothing should stop these from working, but
work is necessary to create an ABI for dealing with the stack
related registers.

The backend assumes pointer in default addr space is 32 bit, which is not
true for the new addr space mapping and causes assertion for unresolved
functions.
This patch fixes that.
