Wael Yehia 91db11c98d XFAIL thinlto testcases on AIX 
In D100350, we switched off thinLTO on the AIX OS. So, XFAIL tests that
invoke clang with -flto=thin on AIX.

Eli Friedman 01d349bab1 Remove -cc1 option "-backend-option". 
It means the same thing as -mllvm; there isn't any reason to have two
options which do the same thing.

Yuka Takahashi 50a9dfa271 Be more strict when checking the -flto option value 
Summary:
It seems -flto must be either "thin" or "full". I think the use of
containValue is just a typo.
