Alexey Lapshin	0b8c50812b	[DWARF][NFC] add ParentIdx and SiblingIdx to DWARFDebugInfoEntry for faster navigation. This patch implements suggestion done while reviewing D102634. It adds two fields: ParentIdx and SiblingIdx. These fields allow fast navigation to die parent and die sibling. These fields are set at the moment when dies are loaded. dsymutil works 2% faster with this patch(run on clang binary). David Blaikie	1def2579e1	PR51018: Remove explicit conversions from SmallString to StringRef to future-proof against C++23 C++23 will make these conversions ambiguous - so fix them to make the codebase forward-compatible with C++23 (& a follow-up change I've made will make this ambiguous/invalid even in <C++23 so we don't regress this & it generally improves the code anyway)	2021-07-08 13:37:57 -07:00

When dump is invoked on aforementioned DIE it tries to extract child, even if Dump options say otherwise. Resulting in crash.
