Akira Hatanaka 0231a4e5bd [ObjC][ARC] In HandlePotentialAlterRefCount, check whether an
instruction can decrement the reference count, not whether it can alter
it

This prevents the state transition from S_Use to S_CanRelease when doing
a bottom-up traversal and the transition from S_Retain to S_CanRelease
when doing a top-down traversal when the visited instruction can
increment the ref count but cannot decrement it. This allows the ARC
optimizer to remove retain/release pairs which were previously not
removed.

Eric Christopher cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass.""
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Eric Christopher a863435128 Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."
As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton).

This reverts commit r358543/ab70da07286e618016e78247e4a24fcb84077fda.

Pete Cooper be4f571107 Change the objc ARC optimizer to use the new objc.* intrinsics
We're moving ARC optimisation and ARC emission in clang away from runtime methods
and towards intrinsics. This is the part which actually uses the intrinsics in the ARC
optimizer when both analyzing the existing calls and emitting new ones.

Shoaib Meenai 074728a2a9 [ObjCARC] Prevent code motion into a catchswitch
A catchswitch must be the only non-phi instruction in its basic block;
attempting to move a retain or release into a catchswitch basic block
will result in invalid IR. Explicitly mark a CFG hazard in this case to
prevent the code motion.
