Kazu Hirata 9d5a544d34 [Hexagon] Remove isLateInstrFeedsEarlyInstr (NFC) 
The last use was removed on May 3, 2017 in commit
2af5037d34.

This patch also removes isLateResultInstr and isEarlySourceInstr as
they become dead once we remove isLateInstrFeedsEarlyInstr.
